The proposed upgrades to the Southern Border are documented and requested by the CBP.............With limited budgets, some of which they have been asking for ......for a decade, they have begun upgrades. Currently 100 miles of upgrades including Wall, improved fences at the new height, levees, pedestrian walks, lights, electronics, surveillance equipment, and etc..........New contracts were given in November and December and their budget was only about 1.4 Billion.

The old Fence when built required money for maintenance............and that has been denied for quite some time..........It is now in a state of disrepair...............on purpose I might add by politicians that don't want to secure the Southern Border.

It's not based on a lie if it's funded...........The amount of mileage in the plan..........well that could be considered a lie........The plan is many different things, including towers, vehicles, better scanning equipment, etc.........and the amount of miles via the CBP miles is 1000 ..........not 2000.........because the CBP is not asking for the new walls in the vast expanses in places like New Mexico ..............

And extra 3.4 billion continues that upgrade as proposed by the CBP......21 to 25 billion will fund the entire plan......And the walls will be in the main problem areas with border towns right next door in most cases.
