Bullshit, I see this everyday with my sales consultants, they fuck things up, try not to accept responsibility and I could easily let them hang themselves with their own rope. I wouldn't give a fuck if they did either. The problem is, if I didn't fix their fuck ups, it would be detrimental to the company, so it's not a hard decision.
