Cut to the chase and tell us about the "systemic racism" in your link. Better yet, tell us definitively what "systemic racism" IS, in your mind.
In part it describes the effects of outlawing red-lining practiced after WWII till it was outlawed around 1970. They also discuss how it led to the concentration of blacks in the inner cities and how those communities fared after it was abolished. Red lining was def. an example of systemic racism.
Yeah, uh, have you noticed that it's 2020 now? I wasn't asking about what WAS systemic racism. I'm asking about systemic racism NOW. Talk to me about something relevant to today.
