Also, it's not clear whether the title had been corrected for later on-line purposes. Press-reader has a different, more accusatory headline:

And there's the following Tweet and video posted by Lt. Col. (R) Peter Lerner showing a Hamas video digging up pipes and turning them into rockets. However, the accompanying tweet only says

People keep asking me where #Hamas have so many rockets from. Here’s the answer in a video they distributed. The world has invested so much for the people of #Gaza. Their leaders just don’t care.

So, clearly Hamas has dug up some pipes. But that tweet doesn't claim/explain what the [funding] source of the pipes is, other than vaguely referring to "the world".

This allegation has even come up on this site: Does Hamas divert humanitarian aid donations towards the military budget? where it is one of the claims in the only current answer.

1. Has the EU provided industrial piping and/or metal piping as shown in the video to Gaza
2. Is there evidence that Hamas has dug up EU-funded industrial piping and fashioned it into Qassam missiles?
3. Have missiles fashioned out of EU-funded water pipes been fired at Israeli targets?

More.....If there wasn't an Israeli occupation and siege on Gaza, there would be no Hamas, no rockets being fired at Israel, and no need to dig out pipes. The Gazans would have more than enough water and it would be clean and drinkable. So your point is moot, Todd. Durrrrr...

The people of that land who have lived there since time immemorial, have been under the rule of many different governments, so what? That doesn't imply they're not the indigenous people of that land. They're the natives of the land, regardless of whether their property ownership laws resemble ours today in the modern, capitalist West or not. You're demanding that property ownership laws and living arrangements have to be exactly or similar to ours, and that's just silly. For thousands of years, people in different lands organized their societies differently. Some were feudal, where people lived and worked the land of the king or lord, and they were granted the right to live on that land and even build a home..etc. They could have their plot of land within the realm of the king, their house, village, olive grove, vineyard, there were markets..etc.

So your disingenuous attempt to illegitimate the Palestinian's right to continue living in their homeland is quite dehumanizing and callous. But what should anyone expect from Todd other than that? This is "typical Todd".
