They ranked him #40, awarding him a better spot than the crew of wretched men who led us into the Civil War. The nation, after all, isn’t at war with itself. Yet.​

George H. W. Bush handled end of Cold War and collapse of Soviet Union brilliantly. Got rid of drug runner Noriega in Panama, and ended Vietnam Syndrome with brilliant victory over Iraq with a multinational force. Did not practice regime change in Iraq. His son however was a blithering idiot.
