Anything short of a recommendation for an indictment was played up as an exhoneration by the Democrats and you know that. So how Comey hands them such a gift when he could have simply said, 'Those are the facts, so lets send this to a grand jury and see what they say.'

Since when do investigators 'rule' on whether a grand jury should be called? Isnt that the Prosecutors job? But Obama never appointed a prosecutor, did he? So Lynch needed Comey to make a recommendation and he gave Hillary a Golden Pass that no ordinary 'little person' would ever see under one tenth of those infractions.

You Democrats just love a double standard in our judicial system when it benefits your candidates and politicians. But this refusal to send the case to a grand jury is a miscarriage of our justice system and it will not stand.
