It's been documented how many times Holder testified before congress, and how many thousands of pages of documents he turned over, both before, and after a judge ruled he had to turn over additional subpoenaed documents.

Contrast that with Navarro, who never showed up to testify as required by subpoena, and he never produced any documents as required by subpoena.
