When Trump is reelected he will pardon Roger Stone.

But in the meantime, Mr Stone has been granted a 30-day 'stay of execution' due to COVID-19.

Whether he is relected or not Stone will be pardoned. So will Flynn. Even if that judge were to throw out the case,
it could still be retried with a new AG. Manafort will also be pardoned.

Manafort, btw, was released from prison a couple of days ago to serve his remaining 5 years at his home.

You obviously forgot that if Trump were to be upset on election night, he still remains President for two more
months. All of them will be home for Christmas.

If he loses they will put too much leverage on him.
Between IRS and the dirt they found during the Cohen break-ins ( he's out too, btw.)

If they had anything on him from Cohen, I imagine they would have already played those cards.

What is the IRS gonna do. The guy has been audited every year for his entire adult life. They don't
have anything on him.

Herr Mueller's goons saw all of Trump's tax records....if there was anything sketchy it would have been front page news on the NYSlimes.

Further, don't forget FBI Director WRAY authorized Mueller's SWAT team to raid Stone's home.....Trump should have fired that smirking asshole on the spot for it.

"Special counsel Robert Mueller's final report about the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election said Trump campaign associates "materially impaired" the investigation by lying.

But it also states that several Trump associates' lies to the special counsel's office and to Congress "impaired" the team's efforts to probe Russia's election interference.

"[T]he investigation established that several individuals affiliated with the Trump Campaign lied to the Office, and to Congress, about their interactions with Russian-affiliated individuals and related matters," Mueller's report said. "Those lies materially impaired the investigation of Russian election interference."

"Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in the election interference activities," the report said.

Top on Mueller's list was has to be Roger Stone. His loyalty to the Liar-in-Chief prevented Mueller from coming to a complete understanding of the communications between Wikileaks and members of the Trump campaign.

Trump talked to Roger Stone about WikiLeaks, Rick Gates says in testimony contradicting the president
Trump had told special counsel Robert Mueller last November in a written response, "I do not recall discussing WikiLeaks with" Roger Stone.

"Gates testified in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., that less than a minute after finishing a July 2016 call from Stone, Trump indicated that “more information would be coming” from Wikileaks."

In a written response to special counsel Robert Mueller last November, Trump had said, “I do not recall discussing WikiLeaks with” Stone, “nor do I recall Mr. Stone having discussed WikiLeaks with my campaign.”

It's why, win or lose the election, Trump will likely pardon Stone.

Stone should be one of the first ones he pardons. It's a damn shame he can't give him that pardon now.

doj should put him in a cell, at his home, let him out 12 hours a day

You got to give Sassy Roger Stone the award for chutzpah. He comes on saying...'Oh, I'm as innocent as Flynn is,' and Flynn twice said he was guilty
