Except none of those deaths were 'justified"

The only time lethal force is justified is if there is an immediate threat to the life of the officer or civilians.

Brown did get into a physical altercation, but at the time he was fatally shot, he was 150 feet away with his hands up. Not justified.

Floyd was handcuffed and immobilized when he was asphixiated for nine minutes. Definitely not justfied.

Garner was engaged in a petty crime of selling loosies... Not a threat to the officers.
