They came here with little money, worked night and day, finally invested in their own beverage store, and are very successful. Very seldom do I go there being the only customer. Sometimes you can't even get in their parking lot.

After he made some money, he parlayed that into rental property and became a landlord as well. A few years ago, he and his wife bought a hotel in a small town. Now she's out there trying to run the hotel and he stays here running the store.
