Which Republican is giving up Medicare & SS on retirement?

That was congress, not Obama, brainwashed functional moron. He also wanted the whole thing to be optional.

He wanted what to be optional? The Medical Tax is partly what supported his stupid program. In other words, he collected taxes for Commie Care while at the same time, increased costs for healthcare.
Congress made ACA mandatory, not Obama.

Yes, a Democrat led Congress.
Can you believe they made some mistakes? LOL. Also there was the problem with total mindless GOP obstruction.

Yet not enough obstruction to stop Commie Care which every Republican voted against.
despite the fact that it was basically the GOP plan they have brought up every time the Democrats try and do something. Since Nixon...

The GOP never tried to make such a law. If they did, it would have easily been passed during the Bush years when we had full control of the federal government. It wasn't even suggested. Plus the fact more government dependents is a leftist dream, therefore even if Republicans suggested more government, it would have the support of most Democrats.

No, Republicans just talked about it in order to end actual Democratic plans to have a health system. The GOP has always been pure scumbag on this...

Right. When we talk about the Iraq war, the left constantly tells us that the Democrats only talked about it but never acted. Bush acted on it so it doesn't matter what the Democrats said in the past.

Same thing here: DumBama acted on it. Nobody on the right ever offered to make healthcare a government system in spite of the countless times they would have been able to do it. You don't make policy by talking about something, you make policy by getting it passed through Congress and having a President sign it.

To liberals, intentions matter as much, if not more then, results. Thus, a president who talks about peace being a nice thing deserves a Nobel Peace Prize.

If Commie Care would have been even remotely a success, the left wouldn't mention anything about somebody on the right making a similar suggestion. But now that it's a disaster, they want to try and shift the blame.

True that. If it were half as successful as they claim, they'd be all over it not wanting anyone else to get any credit for it at all.

The Iraq War was a catastrophe based on lies like all of your beliefs super dupers. Despite ridiculous GOP obstruction and sabotage, Obamacare rolls on and is a success. Everything you know is garbage propaganda. Obama never wanted it to be mandatory, and now it isn't. It has to be tinkered with forever... Like every health system in the world. It was never meant to cure everything immediately. It takes time.

Obama deserves the Peace Prize just for not being George W bush or Trump or any Republican president for that matter. GOP is a disgrace embarrassment and disaster. Only garbage propaganda keeps them going...

You're really stupid if you think that's all that should be required. Really stupid.

When millions of other people lose their employer coverage, no that's not a success, that's a failure. When costs still continued to rise, that's not a success, that's a failure. For people like myself who lost their employer coverage cannot get an affordable plan to keep their doctors or facilities, that's not a success, that's a failure.

People were losing coverage even before Obama.

I've yet to meet a Republican who didn't take Social Security & Medicare after retirenent?

I have seen a lot complain about such programs none the less.

Seems a bit hypocritical, no?
Not hypocritical to receive what is mine. That's my money.

If you want it so bad, then you shouldn't complain.
My complaint is that bureaucrats take our money and use it for things other than what it was intended for, then we don't get everything that is rightfully ours.

And catastrophic coverage with high deductibles was also the way things were going...

That makes no sense. You shouldn't complain if someone forcibly takes your money as long as they give some of it back 30 or 40 years later?

Makes a lot of sense when it's my government. That's why the American people are fed up with bureaucrats.
