For the stupid Moon Bats on here that don't know a thing about firearms let me explain a couple of things.

There are four kinds of people that "sell" firearms.

1. Firearms dealers.

These are people that have a business selling firearms and are license by the friggin Federal government are regulated by the friggin ATF. They may do their business from a brick and mortar store, over the internet, at gun shows or out of their homes.

If they sell a firearm they are required to have the buyer fill out a Form 4473 and then call into the NCIS system for a background check. Some states run their own background check system but it is essentially the same.

If they sell in state they do the paperwork and background check themselves. If they sell out of state they send the firearm to another FFL who does the paperwork and background check.

Emperor Obama's Royal Decree will not change that at all.

2. Private sellers

These are people that are not in the business of selling firearms but occasionally will sell one that they don't need any more. People like myself. Sometimes a profit is made but sometimes not.

These firearms are usually sold between friends or family member and occasionally at gun shows. It is not done as business.

There are no requirements in the Federal law that requires background checks or filling out Form 4473 in the transfers.

Emperor Obama's Royal Decree will not change that at all.

3. Private sellers trying to circumvent having to get a Firearms License.

These are people that buy and sell firearms with the anticipation of making a profit but don't have a license.

They may sell from their home, internet or at gun shows.

What they do is illegal under existing law.

Emperor Obama's Royal Decree indicates that the filthy ass ATF will be more aggressive in prosecuting these people.

4. Crooks

These are people that sell firearms for illegal purposes. Most of them are stolen are sold to people that ordinarily are not allowed to have firearms.

Emperor Obama's Royal Decree will not change that at all.

'Surprisingly enough' Obama's Executive Order does not address his administration's own 'thorough' yet inept background check system that allowed a terrorist into the country who eventually murdered 14 Americans - after he had praised the system, mocked Americans as cowards for their legitimate concerns for our national security and their safety, and declared his administration's background checks left nothing for Americans to be afraid of except for 'widows and orphans'.

It also fails to address Obama's and his administration's inability to identify friend versus foe, as demonstrated by it's giving thousands of weapons to Mexican drug Cartels (resulting in 500+ deaths, 2 Americans), arming and going to war to help Al Qaeida take over Libya, supplied/armed/trained/protected ISIS, AND flew members of the terrorist group the Muslim Brotherhood who were on the 'No Fly List' into the US and to Washington so they could attend Cabinet meetings as part of their 'training' to take over the Egyptian government.

ALSO not addressed is the fact that NOTHING Obama's Executive Order includes could prevent any of the mass shootings he has chosen to politicize OR the shootings he has chosen NOT to politicize or the successful terrorist attacks he has allowed to happen. Instead, it is just another progressive step forward towards govt gun confiscation/out-lawing in the US.
