Simple solution to prevent repeat offenses by violent thugs like this?

If a judge RORs a violent individual, they then share full criminal liability for any subsequent violent acts, and will be removed from the bench and jailed without bail if/when they occur.

If/when the repeat violent offender is captured, he will then share an unsupervised cell with the judge.

Watch the ROR problem disappear overnight once the judge him/herself now faces the direct consequences of their action rather than leaving the 99% vulnerable to their *compassion.*
