Even better than yesterday's election day bloodletting is the shrill yet whiny response to it by this forum's card-carrying loony lefties. Couldn't happen to a "nicer" bunch of :asshole:s!!

Conservatives are ungracious sore winners. Have your victory lap and then prepare for the thing you hate the most, having to defend the assholes you voted for.

Liberals were not all that gracious after 2012. I'm actually pretty proud of the reaction; no serious cries about rigged voting machines or improprieties. Earlier this week, Rottweiler was still insisting the 2012 election was fraudulent.

Just goes to show, winning with class and losing with dignity are not something to expect from partisans

It's not enough for some to simply win, the other guy has to be humiliated. I find such childish attitudes towards politics very distasteful and ultimately counter productive. Such meanness has no place in the leadership selection of a civilized nation.

I agree but the fact remains that the liberals were just as brash after Obama's landslide 2 years ago. Sadly, IMHO, a lot of those are remaining mute as the political fortunes of their candidates have turned sour.

Losing the Senate IS a big deal but there were some surprising positives that came out of the election and I think it's a harbinger of good things to come.

That the Democrats cannot take states for granted should be #1 on the list.

You humiliated yourself, but typical of the left, you blame others and play the role of the victim. All along we've heard how irrelevant the Republican party is, how evil, how racist, greedy, etc., ad nauseum...

The left painted the cartoonish picture and America rejected it. so who's fault is that? The old saying about glass houses applies here. 15 minutes earlier your said:

Then pretend you're on the high road? No sale.

As it has been. Obama is never more popular than when he is schooling the GOP. Relax. He's got this.

Well here's one now who thinks this election means that America wants republicans to do more of the same.

Yes, you are correct. They are going to over-reach as usual and end up looking like reckless crazy people who would wreck the country to get a narrow political victory.

Indeed- Hanging their hat on minimum wage is laughable. Get back with me when they get excited about something that impacts more than the 4.3% of the nation’s 75.9 million hourly-paid workers and 2.6% of all wage and salary workers.

I find such childish attitudes...
i recall from two years ago the childish attitudes of the demoscum party and every liberfool here acting like third graders in a third rate school playing the part of playground taunters of another kid with a cereal bowl haircut.

suck it up liberfools, your humiliation has just received the kickoff, now play the game we had to since that mulatto muslime was illegally put in the Blackhouse..., TWICE !!

Electing a Black man has hurt the Democratic party in a manner simlar to LBJ's Civil Rights Act. But then some say that's playing the race card. Guess it is. Consider that only a third of eligible voters voted, add to that the ones who do: roughly 75% white, 35% earn more than 75k, and 52% are over 50 years of age. These people vote republican for obvious and sometime not so obvious reasons. And weird but I was watching Al Jazeera America and they did several poll exit interviews and you would have thought Obama was on the ballot. Tells you lots.

Until liberals, democrats, leftists, and freedom loving folk learn people are not rational and that those who have the best slogans win - Idiots will always win if their message is simple enough. Look only at Joni Ernst as an example, she may make Michelle Bachmann look reasonable. Seems simple but the democrats and progressives don't get it. Say taxes, welfare, dog whistles, un-American, socialism and voila instant vote. Of course the history of republican rule is a failure but who knew. As I've asked in another post what has conservative politics ever done for all Americans = NOTHING. And on a more personal level I laugh today as republicans and conservatives in my age category worry about social security and medicare, not that they are funded, but that they can benefit from these liberal policies. And so it goes.....

Almost all the states with the highest poverty rates are red states. They are run by republican policies, would that not tell you something.

This is why the term "libtard" was coined.

I'm waiting for Obama to give the criminals from Mexico amnesty like he did the terrorist at Gitmo.

Buy guns now and stack ammo high and deep

You only know the term "sequestration" because of their habit of going too far in a quest for a dubious partisan victory.
