1. The Geneva Convention mostly applies to normal countries, Syria isn't a *Normal Country*.
2. Arab Countries are based on evil so if they do evil to each other then there is no surprise then.
4. Why should we add fuel to the Arab fire, lets back off and see what happens next.

6. There is a stronger power behind the scene, and what happens next may change everything.

If Assad has used poison gas, then he needs to be removed from power. As there is an active civil war in Syria to do just that, the US and EU does not have to put boots on the ground, just aid those trying to get rid of Assad. Will Assad's replacement be any better? Probably not, but I bet they won't use poison gas.
