Why are Liberals lying so much about the HL Ruling?

"According to product labels, Plan B works mainly by preventing/delaying ovulation or by avoiding fertilization (by altering the movement of sperm and/or egg). "http://contraception.about.com/od/planbonestep/a/How-Plan-B-Works.htm

I mistakenly posted this to Jarhead but it was meant for YOU ~~~

You are Correct in that Plan B is Not an abortion pill.

Plan B can prevent a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus.

Life begins at conception so a fertilized egg is a life. Making it impossible for a fertilized egg to implant is Killing the fertilized egg.

Your own quote ~

It is also possible that this type of emergency birth control prevents implantation of a fertilized egg in the uterus by altering its lining.

It wasn't my quote. I posted an article where a study proved after ovulation occurred plan B did not prevent pregnancy.

"What Research Shows

Data from recent studies continues to provide strong evidence that Plan B does not prevent implantation (this also seems to be true for Ella, another emergency contraceptive option). The majority of research claims that the primary way that Plan B works is by preventing or delaying ovulation--if Plan B is taken before ovulation occurs. By not allowing the egg to release, there is nothing available for sperm to fertilize, thus preventing a pregnancy from occurring."

You are quoting what the FDA label says, which has been proven wrong, and they are trying to change.
Oh Even Better ~ I'm Quoting The FDA label which is the legal prescribing information.
but you know more behind the scene info that the rest of us need to trust you with :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Yooo hooo.....Hobby Lobby still provides BC in their employee insurance.

Then it looks like their law suit was nothing but an attempt to get attention? Maybe they were having problems competing with Michael's. Or maybe they're just a tool of the far right wing evangelicals?

They have always provided 16 different forms of Birth Control in their insurance. They didn't want to be forced to provide ones that kill fertilized eggs. They believe that Life begins at conception.

Yet, they are covering the same hormone used in Plan B... Crazy, huh?

Can't Democrats be honest about anything?

The ruling didn't take away anyone's right to contraception. It simply says that certain companies, following very strict rules, can refuse to pay for it.

The woman can still get it if she wants it. She simply has to pay for it herself or use another Government programs, such as Planned Parenthood, to get it.

Hobby Lobby has been offering 16 different forms of contraception for years. They only object to 4 different specific types that caused abortions.

Democrats are such liars.

Ironic post is ironic...

I will give you a hint, none of the four cause an abortion. You lied in your OP. ;)

Nope, he did not.

Yep he did, none are abortion pills. Plan B doesn't even stop implantation.

Which is being proven false... As I quoted. Are you claiming the FDA never gets it wrong?

No, they are not. They stop or prevent ovulation. The same hormone in Plan B is in other forms of Birth Control, probably ones Hobby Lobby covers. You have no clue what you are talking about, liar.
Get a fucking clue before you open you trap.

Plan B does not stop ovulation, you need to do some basic research before you post again.

No, I don't. Because it stops or prevents. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Sigh.

I gave you a chance to do some basic research and learn the facts, you chose to stick with being wrong. Your claim is that the only thing Plan B does is stop ovulation.

Depending upon where you are in your cycle, Plan B One-Step may work in one of these ways:

  • It may prevent or delay ovulation.
  • It may interfere with fertilization of an egg.
It is also possible that this type of emergency birth control prevents implantation of a fertilized egg in the uterus by altering its lining.
Plan B (Morning-After Pill): Effectiveness and Side Effects

The latest studies suggest that the second option is the most likely way the drug works.

Hillary is crying women are being denied BC. That's a lie.

No, it isn't. These same JesusCon companies will still cover vasectomies and Viagra but not contraceptives. Why is that? The Supreme Court JesusCons are allowing religious nuts to interpret certain laws according to their religious beliefs. Sure reminds me of Sharia Law.

Hobby Lobby offers every kind of BC available except the abortifacent. You lie and so does Hillary.

They cover birth control made from the same hormone Plan B is made from. ;)

I love the way the lefties won't admit that this isn't about restricting a woman's right to choose, because it isn't.

It's about forcing someone else, who object to it on religious grounds, to pay for the woman to choose.

What do you call it when you restrict someones choices? Whatever you call it, thats what it is.

Wow, restricting their choices from 20 to 16, how horrible.

Then it looks like their law suit was nothing but an attempt to get attention? Maybe they were having problems competing with Michael's. Or maybe they're just a tool of the far right wing evangelicals?

The hormone isn't the issue. The human life is the issue.

lol...First you said the drugs cause abortions, then after reading my posts and links on page 1, 2 and 3 now you come back saying the same info I posted....Nice switch but thats not abortion fuck face

Define abortion (insert expletive here)!

Many people believe life begins at conception, hence, killing off a fertilized egg is abortion.

Those people would be religious idiots to equate fully viable, autonomous humans with a cluster of microscopic cells that haven't multiplied beyond the size of a pinhead, (which is another word describing their intellect).

So does every single biologist on the face of the Earth.

I haven't heard Liberals telling any lies about HL.

Why are discussing an issue when you clearly have no clue as to the facts?

Plan B (Morning-After Pill): Effectiveness and Side Effects

"What Research Shows

The majority of research claims that the primary way that Plan B works is by preventing or delaying ovulation--if Plan B is taken before ovulation occurs. By not allowing the egg to release, there is nothing available for sperm to fertilize, thus preventing a pregnancy from occurring."

"In several research studies, women were given Plan B after determining (via hormone tests) which women had ovulated and which had not. The results all showed that none of the women who took Plan B before ovulation became pregnant (these results really help to emphasize how Plan B works by delaying ovulation). Pregnancies only occurred in women who took Plan B on or after the day of ovulation, and these women became pregnant at the same rate as women who have not taken Plan B. Such results prompted researchers Noé, Croxatto, Salvatierra, and Reyes (2011) to conclude that Plan B
“Does not prevent embryo implantation and therefore cannot be labeled as abortifacient.”
http://contraception.about.com/od/planbonestep/a/How-Plan-B-Works.htm

Sigh

I will also add this.

"In 2007, studies demonstrated evidence that Plan B did not prevent the attachment of human embryos to the uterine wall. Researchers obtained discarded fertilized eggs from fertility clinics. After exposing these eggs to the progestin (found in Plan B) in a simulated environment, results demonstrated that the presence of the progestin did not prevent the eggs from attaching to cells that line the uterus."

"So, the majority of research reveals that using Plan B does not cause any changes in the lining of the uterus (endometrium). Because Plan B does not have any effect on endometrium, researchers have concluded that this emergency contraceptive cannot prevent implantation of a fertilized egg. Many researchers have further explained the notion that Plan B does not stop implantation from occurring is probably the reason that it's not 100% effective at preventing an unintended pregnancy--as well as why Plan B is less effective the longer you wait to use it."

Two different studies have proven it ineffective in causing eggs to not implant... Sigh

This about the third time I have posted this.

Are you really that stupid? Stopping and preventing ovulation is exactly what it does. Do you understand how ovulation works? What ovulation is? I am guessing no.

You do understand ovulation begins before the egg is released from the ovary right?

Thanks for admitting its a restriction dumbass.

You're not getting it. It's after the egg is fertilized. That is their belief. That's the issue and that is why you can't address it.

The debate is over. It's settled. We won. Move on.

What did you win? Your tax dollars now have to cover Plan B for Hobby Lobby employees.. While Hobby Lobby covers birth control made from the same hormone plan b is made from. This is why I don't care about the ruling. It is a non win.

The FDA get's it's information from the drug company. The Quality of the FDA is not the question. Right now that FDA prescribing information is what stands without question. I'm sure you're well aware of that as am I.
