Actually, I am going to disagree with you on some things here. Based on what we know about Clinton's and Schultz-DNC's team of Pakistani Hackers, and that they hacked Congressional Files, copied files, and were selling information and sharing information with Hillary Clinton, just like Obama was sharing intel with her when he was spying on TRUMP, there is a GREATER LIKELIHOOD that The DNC-Clinton-Schultz Pakistani Hackers did this and not Russia. They also are the most likely suspects to have funneled Podesta's emails to Seth Rich.

The other issue is about "Election Systems" is that Obama said he had a team that tried to hack in to our Election Systems. I have no idea why he would reveal this except for his ego and arrogance and loving the spotlight. He should have kept his mouth shut. He said our election systems were unable to be hacked and these systems were safe, yes even from Russia. He said he did this because he thought they were vulnerable and he wanted FEDERAL CONTROL over state and local elections.
