What you perceive as "sin" and "sinful" are not my concern.

I am a law abiding member of society and don't condemn others as "sinners" because the Constitution that we live under says that everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

That works for me and I am not seeing any reason to regress into the dark ages where everyone was guilty unless they could prove their innocence. To someone like me that would be a grave injustice.
