There isn’t one GM plant in the city of Detroit. The only GM in Detroit is the world HQ in the renaissance center.

Trust me I lived on 6 and evergreen. There is very little economic opportunity in that neighborhood.

I live 7 minutes away from a 6 figure job here in metro Detroit. Jobs like that don’t exist on the other side of 8 mile.
