This was a joke, her getting a EB-1 visa.

Well, she did defend him the first time around, when the 12 women accusers of him sexually harassing and/or abusing them came out during the election and the Access Hollywood tape came out and she claimed, "boys will be boys" and said it was locker room braggadocios-ness....

but with these ladies, she KNOWS their claims are TRUE... and she can't come out and defend him this time, because her divorce lawyer has advised her not to.
