How does one have a burger unless one slaughters it?
Over 90% of the animals slaughtered in The Temple were eaten by the visitors.
The problem is that the laws of ritual slaughter are not and never were about killing farm animals in the name of the Lord not to mention that fact that the Sanctuary of God, like Divine providence, cannot be made by human hands.
Aside from that, how do you explain the fact that the history of the Jewish people follows perfectly the maledictions promised by Moses for failure to conform to Divine law if building a temple and slaughtering farm animals was the right way to follow it? Not to mention the fact that Moses said; "For I know that after my death you will corrupt yourselves and turn aside from the way that I taught to follow [the law] and evil will befall you in the future; because you will do that which is evil in the sight of the LORD, provoking him to anger through the work of your hands."
