You can't completely distort markets and then expect something this complicated to work based on a functioning market. Jesus.
Come on. I have little respect for politicians, but I would think they'd at LEAST know THAT.
If they really wanted Single Payer, that's what they should have gone for, and passed it with the same number of votes.
This is a fucking mess, and they should have known. A lot of people did.
