Assault rifles don't even account for 1% of all gun deaths. So from a public safety standpoint, attacking them doesn't even make sense. And gun deaths in total don't even account for 3/4ths of 1% of all deaths in total. So the entire gun thing is purely media driven.
Instead, we should focus on the three leading causes of death and misery:
- Politicians
- Lawyers
- Doctors
