The FBI Director said that NO ONE who did what Hillary did, and exactly the same way she did it, would be charged with a crime....that it was careless, but NOT CRIMINAL....

Also, she was exonerated before the primary vote was taken at the convention for the server investigation the FBI was doing.

And there is no proof and no comments from the FBI that she was under investigation for anything else.

The factual answer to your question is fairly simple - once a candidate qualifies to be on the ballot, they can't be removed by any means.

This is why candidates who die before election day remain on the ballot.
