He didn't steal it, if Trump continues to claim he did not pay Cohen Back for it and for the Stormy costs, in 2017 with the $35,000 a month payments.

Trump team claims Cohen 's $35000 was for a retainer or monthly law work done in 2017 and not reimbursement for Cohen's expenses turned in.

so if Trump never repaid Cohen for Red Finch, then Cohen never stole from him....
