Again.. how does that matter? Especially given that NO BANKS have any money in venezuela, how does not nationalizing all of them matter?

If you own the means of production, and you own the means of distribution, and you can simply print all the money you want, which is exactly what the government is doing....... how does it matter?

IT is socialized. The government owns the businesses, they own the properties, they own the production, and they have been printing money like it was going out of style.

What part of that equation is not socialism?

More specifically, what part would be different if they did nationalize all banks? What would be different? Would money magically have value, just because you nationalized the banks? No. Would production magically increase if you nationalized banks? No. Would any aspect of the country be any different? No.

In fact, if you really want to know the difference, the country would be far worse off, if they socialized the rest of the banks. It is those foreign banks from Argentina and Brazil that are keeping what little of the economy is functional, still going.

By any economic measure, the stocks of the 1920s were not over valued. The value of stocks changed. The value of any stock, is determined by the current, and future performance of the company that the stock represents an ownership in.

If the future value of the company, is changed, because of burdensome regulations, taxes, or a tariff on goods.... then the stocks of that company, will change in value with the company.

The stock market crash, was caused by socialism. Government intervention into the market through regulations, taxes, and tariffs.

But there was absolutely nothing, nothing at all, that was fake about the prosperity of the 20s. Nothing. No evidence to support such a conclusion, other than the child-like claim that since stock values fell, they must have been over valued.
