There was active armed and open rebellion by the White Russians, so deaths in Russia during the 1920s is not the same as deliberate murder.
The death total from WWII is actually more like 80 million.
And I would not really blame Hitler as much as I would blame the Allies, since the cause of WWII really was the Allies starting WWI and then imposing the illegal and immoral Treaty of Versailles.

Lenin and Stalin obviously were capitalists and not communist or even socialists, in any way, since communism has to be locally collective, cooperative, and communal.
That implies total popular decision making.
