I'd support eliminating it entirely. The Government can't properly allocate resources or measure supply and demand curves, and nobody who works in Government is at all qualified to run a business, otherwise they would be running businesses instead of stealing our money and sending Road Pirates after us.

Nope, it means the Feds had no power to set a minimum wage to begin with. It should be left to the employee and employer to negotiate a wage. The market will regulate wages by supply and demand just like everything else. Why do you think the lower wage workers are seeing higher increases than any other segment, workers are scarce now and employers have to pay more to attract them.
