Stopping North Korea after regime change, will include the destruction of his "nuclear weapons of mass destruction program", and then the international community must send inspectors in to confirm all weapons of mass destruction, and it's technology has been destroyed and/or it has been confirmed to be destroyed. Regime change must happen, and happen quickly now in NK. A significant bounty should be placed upon the Korean leaders arrest immediately. One eye on, and leverage should be kept on China while it all goes down. Russian relations must be repaired and strengthened immediately. You don't want to make the mistakes Hitler made, and go to war with too many nations at once. We are as Germany was in the late thirties, and early 40's, where as they were modern and high tech, but it mattered not once the world united against them.

Trump would have been better served by keeping his big mouth shut. Threats like the one he issued today are, for the most part empty and meaningless. Unless Trump is an absolute nut case and would launch an attack on another nation simply because its leader said some mean things about you and your country. And if Trump is capable doing such a thing, he needs to go. Now.
