Sometimes it just cracks me up how quickly people claim super knowledge and intelligence while at the same time they call those with opposing views idiots.
It is normal and accepted protocal that when a panel, committee, attorney, court of inquiry, and any kind of fact finding body in fact requires that the questionnaire make an opening or introductory statement for the purpose of identifying the questioning into a contextual framework. Cummings had a right of parliamentary procedure to make an opening statement that would lead into his questions.
