I'm reading all the Houston news. No update. They haven't ruled out any motive....which is standard for early investigation.

Yes I sure did. I'm willing to be wrong once in a while to take this guess. 95% of the time when we call it a terror attack it ends up being one. We'll see on this one....but I don't mind calling it early at the risk of being wrong.

What’s sad and telling is you have no idea why this is wrong, regardless whether it was a terrorist attack or not.

For their job, no...they have one person to protect and if any shooting should start they surround that one person and move them through a pre arranged path to safety...and they can all return fire if they have to.....for everyone else...it will suck because if someone does decide to shoot at the crowd, and not the candidate...then those people will be helpless........of course at least here you will have a massive police pretense so mass shooters will stay away.?since it won't be a fun free zone....so it will be a safe place.
