Would you expect him to live here without his immediate close family, and reject him wanting a solid ground and family unit? Or his children's grandparents near by?

If you have a green card holder that is talented, or just a hard worker with a clean nose who has supported himself through the 5 years awaiting citizenship, then becomes a citizen....who better to invite than a good man of character's immediate family? It makes him happy, and our chances of having additional immigrants of good character, higher....and that is how America has viewed it.

There is an AB-60 driver's license which is not eligible to register to vote and cannot be used to vote. That is what undocumented immigrants can obtain.

The last place an illegal alien would like to be caught is at a polling station where there are a lot of police milling about.

They don't show up at voting centers. A ballot is created for their name. They are batch registered at job sites or other. Someone votes in their name....rest assured my commee friend...rest assured. Millions more now that Mail-In w/o signature match is the norm. Many names used to vote multiple times in many cases.
