3rd Times a Charm? Question: How have GOP/Trump acted "against" Democracy?

That just says they won cases. It doesn’t reference the cases.

You haven’t posted them because they’re lies.
There are other things there. Remember it is all admissable evidence the courts will never hear. Man up, admit you do not give a fuck about this country. You are here to gloat and that is it.

Yes, the rules were set before the election.

Trump tried to change the rules AFTER the election.
What is the matter with you? How many times do you have to be told that the legislature is the body with the power to change anything in an election. That agreement is simply illegal.

not sure why the question when we are not a democracy but a constitutional republic,,

Our constitutional republic is a representative democracy. The Trumpybear acted against ours by making unproven allegation against our elections instead of graciously conceding and asking their voters to support for the winner for the good of the Country. That act performed, by the losers in nearly ever single presidential election had been the reason we enjoyed the non violent transfer of power for so many years. The Neo-GOP and their leader the Trumpybear have have made us much less extraordinary as a county too by taking that tradition away.

The law was followed. The changes merely standardized how each county verified signatures and notified mismatches.

If you thought it was illegal, you should have challenged it BEFORE the election. You can’t change the rules after people voted.

They cannot retroactively change the election laws they have already passed, and select a slate of electors if they don't like the way the election turned out.

"One unusual feature of the Elections Clause is that it does not confer the power to regulate congressional elections on states as a whole, but rather the “Legislature” of each state. The Supreme Court has construed the term “Legislature” extremely broadly to include any entity or procedure that a state’s constitution permits to exercise lawmaking power. Thus, laws regulating congressional elections may be enacted not only by a state’s actual legislature, but also directly by a state’s voters through the initiative process or public referendum, in states that allow such procedure

saying it doesnt make it true and why I posed a link with the legal definition that explained in detail why we are a constitutional republic,,
That's true. Us electing our representatives in Government who make policy decision for us makes us one.
We are a constitutional republic. That republic is a representative democracy.

I've asked this many times on this forum, and no leftist can give an answer.

So be specific. The claim has been made by Democrats, the media, academia, big tech, etc.

How has Trump or Conservatives acted against Democracy?
They attempted to overthrow a duly elected government.

You really could not figure that out all by yourself in your pointy little head? Really?

the democrat party hates democracy their fav government is the old soviet union
Free People Do Not Subject Themselves to Ideologies From the Primitive 18th Century

The USSR was a republic. So is the People's Republic of China. It is nothing but elitist tyranny. The fact that these power-hungry fanatics called their dictatorship a "republic" was not a perversion of the idea, but the thinking at the very core of representative government, which has never represented the people but always an elite that is forced on the gullible and helpless voters with a forced choice between pre-owned candidates.

In 1968, the first time I heard the Snob Mob's slogan "This is a republic, not a democracy" was from the nutcases at the John Birch Society. Now those self-obsessed elitists are in the mainstream, complementing their fraternity brothers on the Left.

It still has to be approved by the legislature and that never happened.

A Constitutional Republic in which policy is determined by the majority...at least that's how the Founding Fathers envisioned it
Constitutionalists Have Nothing But Contempt for the Majority of Americans, Which Makes Them Traitors

The Founding Fodder were so ignorant and intellectually out-of-control that they actually ordained that the losing candidate would become Vice-President. Imagine Hillary as Trump's VP and you might realize how mentally defective those Wags Wearing Wigs were.
