I thought we had a ban on fetus porn.
Here's the big question- Did that 12 week fetus live when it came out of the womb?
No. No case of a fetus born before 22 weeks has lived and even at 22 weeks, they have a mortality rate of 95%.

- James Elgin Gill: The record for the world's most premature baby belongs to James Elgin Gill, a Canadian man born at just 21 weeks 5 days in 1988. James was born so early that he was expected to die at birth or, if he survived, to have multiple and severe handicaps. James beat all of the odds though, and in 2006 was a healthy teenager heading off to college.
- Amilia Taylor: American baby Amilia Taylor was born at 21 weeks 6 days in October of 2006. Because Amilia was conceived by in vitro fertilization, her gestational age can be pinpointed exactly, an imposibility for most infants. Although she needed oxygen at hospital discharge, was anemic, and has mild osteopenia, she is otherwise a normal, healthy little girl.
So ?? what does that have to do with weather its human or not.I thought we had a ban on fetus porn.

I can completely understand the Pro-Lifers' stance on this issue. We are indeed slaughtering innocent human life. A fetus is human life, and the pro-choicers cannot deny that, no matter how hard they try to spin by saying it's not a "person" or an "astronaut" or can't exist by itself.
Is it viable in that photo? Nope. It's still innocent human life. There are many adults who need to be on life support for some temporary period of time, does that mean we should slaughter them too?
I'm pro choice because I know that a society has to make some lousy, no-win choices, this is probably the lousiest, but on a macro level it's the best one for our society as a whole. But I'm not gonna spin and bullshit to defend my position.

No reliance whats so ever.

I'm pro-choice, because I know that wingnuts simply don't give a fuck about children after they are born, they just don't like women having control of their lady parts.
In the Philippines, Abortion is illegal, but it is estimated that 500,000-800,000 Filipinas have abortions every year.
In France, abortion is legal and the government pays for them. But they have half the rate of abortion that the US has because they also pay for health care, child care, family and medical leave and strong birth control and sex education- all things "Conservatives" oppose because, you know, "Freedom".
When I used to be Right Wing, even after I stopped believing in God, I used to buy into the bullshit arguments. Now I know better.
(Waiting for Mac to start whining about partisanship because he can't dispute the point.)

so you found a whole two over 30 years? This is your fucking argument, then?

Oh bull shit what does viability have to do whether its a person or not, just another lame ass excuse to kill from the left.So ?? what does that have to do with weather its human or not.I thought we had a ban on fetus porn.

Does basic literacy escape you?
Point is, if it isn't viable, it isn't a person. And most fetuses are aborted long before they reach the level of development in that picture.
And what does your fucking argument stand on? Denying ones own exsistance? Its always a human, never a goldfish!
Even if it just one person, they have a right to life. My younger sister was born just past the 6mounth mark, they told my parents she would never live. She's done very well for herself. George town law grad, yes very well.
Oh bull shit what does viability have to do whether its a person or not, just another lame ass excuse to kill from the left.
Nationally, the pregnancy rate for sexually active young women of that age group is 158.5 (per 1,000 people). The rate among participants in the study was just 34.0.
Ok libs, start spinning.
Oh bull shit what does viability have to do whether its a person or not, just another lame ass excuse to kill from the left.
Well, viability is important if it can't LIVE OUTSIDE THE WOMAN IT HAPPENS TO BE IN!!!!!!
You see, if a pregnant woman wants a child, it's a "Baby". As in "The baby is due in May!"
If a pregnant woman doesn't want a child, it's "That thing I need to take care of." As in, "Can you give me a ride to the abortion clinic on Tuesday for that thing I need to take care of?"
I'm happy to have pointed out the difference for you.
