To all those who claim that presidents can't regulate the economy and businesses, or take away (revoke) business and corporate licenses.....

1. Whoever told you that doesn't know how to start a business, or how the government works.
The President, the Vice President and His cabinet make up the Executive Branch of the United States Government.

Agencies that are involved in the licensing process and creating regulations and enforcing them are agencies of the Executive Branch...

Your constitutional Rights protect your persons, there is no Freedom of Commerce, the USA truly is a "Command Economy" and not a "Free Market" Economy.

The so called "capitalism" that exists in the USA... is merely the false capitalistic conditions that has been blindly allowed to exist since Ronald Reagan....

As the executive of the United States, I have every right to reverse that course taken by Ronald Reagan.

2. There is no such a thing as going to court to protect a business license.... No business in the history of America ever used the Judicial System to try to get out of the grip of the executive, because there is no legal premise to do so....

You do not have the right to own a business in the United States.

Ummm. You are wrong ! Anything an agency does can be appealed to some kind of court .

That would be the Court of Appeals, and they don't hear cases to protect executive privileges like owning a business because there is no right to own a business.

What are you talking about . How about an example ?

The business of the Executive Branch is to enforce the law, not create or ignore it.

Ok...Put down the meds. and PROVE what you claim.....Find documentation. Post legal precedent.
Otherwise, shut your fucking room temperature IQ pie hole.

You're full of crap, States and localities issue business licenses, not the damn feds.

Feds > State / Local

:)

Keep thinking that, if 3/4ths of the States decided to do so they could dissolve the feds, or write any restrictions on them they chose.

It takes that many states to offer a change to the constitution, but it can be rejected by the president.
Your idea of a confederacy was defeated in 1865 and if you want a second go, try another civil war.

You need to read the Constitution. The President isn't involved in amendments in any way shape or form.

You might want to read article 5 again, the president has no say, none, in the amendment process. In fact the States can even bypass congress.
