When the states established their compact, they created the federal government. The federal government only exists because the states decided to create it.

The states are the principals. The federal government is the agent. The agent works for the principals, not the other way around.
 
To all those who claim that presidents can't regulate the economy and businesses, or take away (revoke) business and corporate licenses.....

1. Whoever told you that doesn't know how to start a business, or how the government works.
The President, the Vice President and His cabinet make up the Executive Branch of the United States Government.

Agencies that are involved in the licensing process and creating regulations and enforcing them are agencies of the Executive Branch...

Your constitutional Rights protect your persons, there is no Freedom of Commerce, the USA truly is a "Command Economy" and not a "Free Market" Economy.

The so called "capitalism" that exists in the USA... is merely the false capitalistic conditions that has been blindly allowed to exist since Ronald Reagan....

As the executive of the United States, I have every right to reverse that course taken by Ronald Reagan.


2. There is no such a thing as going to court to protect a business license.... No business in the history of America ever used the Judicial System to try to get out of the grip of the executive, because there is no legal premise to do so....

You do not have the right to own a business in the United States.

I think you are trying to make the point that the executive power of any government can really fuck with any business since it is their job to use their power to execute the law. Ideally they should just execute the law as prescribed but who is to say that when no one is looking that they won't do something really nasty to someone's life. A good example are marriage licenses. The courts said you must issue licenses to gay people but who is to say that is done at all. In many ways you don't have the right to be gay and married at the same time.

All rights are retained by the citizens and the states (see the 9th and 10th Amendments) unless authority has been explicitly granted to the federal government by the United States Constitution, thus from a federal perspective the legal right for an individual to own a business is IMPLICIT since the United States Constitution does not contain any EXPLICIT language granting the Federal Government the authority to determine who can and cannot own one. Licensing and regulation is simply another mechanism that governments use to extort money from and exercise immoral coercion on the citizenry and has no bearing on the rights of the individual since the rights of the individual are NOT granted by government; governments principle responsibility is to protect the rights of the citizenry (otherwise why the hell do we need government in the first place?).
