Anger as Republicans block bill to help military veterans exposed to toxins

Here's your "other purposes"

Estimated Budgetary Effects of H.R. 3967, Honoring our PACT Act of 2021

The bill would
• Increase disability compensation and expand health care services for a larger group of veterans who were exposed to toxic substances or served in certain locations during their military service
• Increase the number of veterans without service-connected disabilities who can receive health care from the Department of Veterans Affairs
Require several studies and reports on veterans’ toxic exposures during military service
Establish a new mandatory appropriation to pay for the costs of health care associated with environmental exposures, expenses incidental to the delivery of that health care, disability claims processing, medical research, information technology programs, and other services associated with environmental exposure
Reclassify of some discretionary spending under current law as direct spending

Uuuuuu...sounds nefarious huh?

"Reclassify of some discretionary spending under current law as direct spending"
direct spending as to what direct spending? Yes, it does sound nefarious.
You trust anything, don't you? I don't trust government, dude/dudette

"direct spending" means MANDATORY

Are you playing stupid or is it chronic?

And doing studies and dealing with ancillary costs is NOT "nefarious"

Require several studies and reports on veterans’ toxic exposures during military service
Establish a new mandatory appropriation to pay for the costs of health care associated with environmental exposures, expenses incidental to the delivery of that health care, disability claims processing, medical research, information technology programs, and other services associated with environmental exposure

Yea...nefarious

I see passing a massive bill costing hundreds of billions of dollars unaccounted for as stealing, yes.
SO you don't know anything about it beyond what some asshole told you and you're willing to believe that over the VFW and oh yea...screw over sick Vets

Yea...you're Republican.

it AIN'T "unaccounted".

I believe Ted Cruz over you and your butt buddy.

Nothing was added to the bill. Two things were cut, the wording of the title, and taxfree buyouts for doctors that sold their practice to come work for the VA. There are no "environmental policies" within the bill unless you consider the Camp Legeune water quality funding environmental. And hell, that wouldn't have to be in the bill if Trump wouldn't have declared an emergency and raided funds already appropriated to fix the water supply to build is fawking dumbass wall. I mean hell, let the Delta Force and their family members shower in water teeming with toxins and carcinogens. They knew what they signed up for.
They will take that mandatory spending and use it for things that have fuck all to do with burn pits. It's what the Government does. FYI Delta is a Army unit, Camp Legeune is a Marine base.

And still not one word of concern for sick and injured Vets by these asshole koolaid drinking cynical republicans

Yea...that pisses me off.
If you are pissed off then why don't you get cracking and get in touch with those dishonest Democrat pieces of shit you voted for and tell them send in a clean bill that funds veterans instead of one that gives them a $396B slush fund that they can use for any Libtard program they want?

Those Democrats don't give a shit about veterans. They never have. Just look at how the Veteran's Administration deteriorated under The Worthless Negro's administration. They will always fund more welfare for Negroes and Illegals long before they will take care of our veterans.

The Democrats need money, lots of money, to turn this country into a Socialist shithole they want and they don't mind using a veterans funding scam to get it. Pretty damn despicable of those turds to do that, isn't it?
