Why do you think she's lying? Considering that it's been documented than many of the women and young girls illegally crossing the border are raped by their coyote guides, who hang the panties from trees as trophies of some sick sort. Combine that with the amount of serious sex crimes commited everyday by illegal invaders I'm inclined to believe that it happens all the time as "they say".
