Those going after Fauci do not understand how science and medicine works.
COVID was a virus never seen before. There was no data specific to the virus to provide a strategy to control the virus. They tried using data from other viruses to try to develop a plan. They relied unproven observations data to do their best. As time went on more and more statistically significant data identified a valid strategy. As more and more data is gathered and analyzed there are more valid strategies developed. Things we thought were true in the past are determined to be false from new data. It is this case for every disease.
The longer science has to gather data and analyze the more accurate their conclusions are.

Those who say Fauci protected the Wuhan lab or participated in their actions have not been proven.

He lied about the U.S. funding the research.

Time is mandated for his crime. A minimum of one month on each count. Steve Bannon was found guilty of the same crime and received a mandatory jail sentence. He has appealed his case. If the appeal fails, he goes to jail.

We are going to have to build new prisons to house Trump supporters.
