It is a new low. In fact, it kind of shows how desperate Biden and his team are regarding the election. They just don't know what else to do. Michelle Obama once said, "When they go low, we go high", which wasn't really quite the truth but it is a lie more than ever now. When the other side goes low, Biden and his team go even lower. This is unprecedented.

The dems are claiming that these trials against Trump are not political. They claim Biden and his DOJ are not involved, and Biden is not trying to score any political advantages from them.

So what does Biden do, he coordinates a political campaign event out front of the court house, to smack talk Trump. He's proved that he's trying to gain a political advantage thru the trial.
