Biden had 8 million dollars worth of reasons to disclose to a civilian classified documents.

The evidence is in the DOJ Report on the matter, and testimony from the Special Prosecutor. He testified that Xiden repeatedly stated he could not remember things
That’s very different than how you described it.

Really? I guess if that description makes you feel better, they are one in the same....memory is an essential part of your cognitive function. So if it makes you feel better, to say that Xiden's memory is going, instead of his he is in cognitive decline, then so be it....doesn't change the facts.

Hur said that he wouldn’t recommend charges even if Biden weren’t president.

Is Hur corrupt?

Hur made it clear that chances of a Jury convicting a diminished, elderly man would make prosecution likely not worth the time and effort.

So anyone with memory lapses is incompetent to stand trial?

And you think that's the only reason he didn't favor prosecution?

What am I looking for exactly?

Did Hur change his mind?

Look for -

Hur laid out the crimes committed by Joey.
He laid out the crimes committed by a co-conspirator.
He doesn't state clearly why the Co-conspirator has not been charged.

He does lay out why in his opinion there could not/would not be a conviction of the crimes that he laid out for Joey.

Could not - Joey is currently protected by being installed in the white house.
Would not - Joey would present to a jury as a well-meaning elderly gentleman with a poor memory.

(also that prior and subsequent bad acts could not be mentioned)

Where did he say that?
He didn't. Garland is a flunky who ultimately was the reason why the statute of limitations were allowed to expire in the Hunter Biden tax fraud case. He knew investigation into Hunter,'s phony business deals and tax cheating would involve the Big Guy.

That is what he said.

(personally I think it is ALSO because Democrats are not currently subject to penalties from breaking US law, though I did not see where he stated that.)
Thats one of numerous reasons.

Yes he did. They didn't think they would be able to prove intent.

Yep. He wouldn't be able to prove intent.

Could not - Joey is currently protected by being installed in the white house.

Being in the white house is irrelevant.

"We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter.1 We would reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president."

Would not - Joey would present to a jury as a well-meaning elderly gentleman with a poor memory.

So he is old and has a poor memory.

Pretty common among the elderly.

So you're making shit up. Gotcha.

It's not Hur's problem that Garland wouldn't prosecute and it's not even relevant, since he couldn't be prosecuted until he leaves office, when Garland isn't in charge anymore.

So is Hur corrupt?
