Has Joe Biden ever really had a "traditional press conference"? I mean like President Trump used to have: Where the reporters would ask him questions and he'd stand up there for a half hour, giving them answers.

I mean, It's kinda hard to have a "traditional press conference" when a "president" mumbles unintelligibly, turns his back, and walks away after two or three questions.

I guess old white Joe has built up a tolerance to those drugs his handlers give him to make him lucid.
