The Banks and Lenders handing out ridiculous mortgages.
When a bus driver in Uniondale, Roosevelt or Hempstead, NY can get a 1M dollar mortgage, you can bet whatever doesn't go into the house will cause savvy suppliers and store managers to raise prices that won't hurt until it's too late.
