There is no reliable evidence that the Wuhan virus originated from anyone eating Raccoon dogs. Transmission of the Wuhan virus is primarily cased by airborne particulate. Why do you think that masking (using tbe correct type of mask), and avoiding crowded places was a primary way to avoid infection

Edit: life is funny. Years before the Covid Virus resulted in a pandemic, Anthony Fauci was part of the team that helped find cures for HIV that was a pandemic sexual disease. He kept his day job, and Covid was thrown in his lap to resolve. Who knew the virus was far more difficult to diagnose its vectors were multiple because it flourished in everything common to the human environment--through the air, through the water, through all orifices of the human body including sweat microscopic openings. The people least likely to get the disease made themselves scarce or were already isloated somewhere out in the sticks. Some slam masks to this day, but they saved a lot of lives, and more would have been saved had we worn little white gloves when out in public like our grandmothers and their family's girls did before the 70s rolled around.
