I'm not sure what the billboard is going to accomplish.

It will certainly, if nothing else, accomplish the instillation of a bit of fear into Muslim women who see it. As is its intent.

Too funny. I haven't lived in DC in over forty years, and haven't been there in at least ten. Half of DC is a shitty dump. The only reason it doesn't look like LA or SF is because Congress won't permit it.

Why is it so hard to believe?

Because I don't see CPS completely undermining their own mission due to the parents being Muslim. They and the police would not overlook endangerment just because mommy and daddy say Allah tells them it's okay.
