One of the primary reasons that Bin Laden gave for 9-11 was the presence of infidel troops in Saudi Arabia.
Now, keeping in mind that Bin Laden was a Saudi himself, you would think that as those troops were invited their by the Saudi Government to protect the Saudi nation and the saudi people, includin Bin Laden's family, that that would not be offensive to a rational or reasonable person.
