Hillary Clinton deliberately set out to break laws that were set up after Watergate by both Democrats and Republicans to keep our politicians from operating in the dark! She installed those two servers (at great personal cost to her!) and kept them secret from Congress even as Congressional investigators were looking into her handling of the Benghazi debacle! Why? Because handing over the relevant emails to that investigation would have revealed that she was running a "pay for play" scheme at the State Department...channeling millions of dollars in foreign "contributions" to the Clinton Foundation that she was then able to use to pay part of the cost of her political machine as she ramped up a run for the Presidency!
That's why she destroyed evidence! That's why she lied to both Congress and the American people! The FBI Director testified before Congress, informing them under oath that Hillary Clinton LIED TO CONGRESS, that she had classified data on her server, that she DID mail and receive classified data using her server, that she DID e-mail documents with classified markings on them, that she DID violate both the FOIA and Federal Records Act, and that she DID Obstruct Justice by attempting to destroy THOUSANDS of official subpoenaed documents.
