Trump surrogages were being picked up in daily--routine spying operations by several different foreign countries since 2015. Those contacts were passed onto the FBI.

"GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious “interactions” between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian agents, a source close to UK intelligence said. This intelligence was passed to the US as part of a routine exchange of information, they added.

Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians, sources said.

The European countries that passed on electronic intelligence – known as sigint – included Germany, Estonia and Poland. Australia, a member of the “Five Eyes” spying alliance that also includes the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand, also relayed material, one source said."

British spies were first to spot Trump team's links with Russia

Which is why Shep Smith knew that Trump surrogates were on the phone with Russian intelligents the day Russians hacked into DNC databases.

The Nunes memo debunked itself. On the last page of the Nunes memo it specifically states that the FBI started it's investigation in late July 2016, and the target of interest was George Paplopodus who's name is not mentioned anywhere in the Dossier File. The Dossier file was not given to Comey until late December 2016--January 2017. And when Comey got it, it was like yeah I know because he had already recieved a lot of the information from above.

On November 2, 2017, Page testified[39] to the House Intelligence Committee that he had informed Jeff Sessions, Corey Lewandowski, Hope Hicks and other Trump campaign officials that he was traveling to Russia to give a speech in July 2016.[40][41][42] Page testified that he had met with Russian government officials during this trip and had sent a post-meeting report via email to members of the Trump campaign.[43]He also indicated that campaign co-chairman Sam Clovis had asked him to sign a non-disclosure agreement about his trip.[44] Elements of Page's testimony contradicted prior claims by Trump, Sessions, and others in the Trump administration.[40][43][45][46] Lewandowski, who had previously denied knowing Page or meeting him during the campaign, said after Page's testimony that his memory was refreshed and acknowledged that he had been aware of Page's trip to Russia.[47]

I think you're being a bit disingenuous. Your link title states “Michael Cohen Represented Sean Hannity, Lawyers Reveal”; however the article itself makes no such claim. The article does not assert Cohen represented Hannity; instead,it merely says that Cohen named Hannity as a client, a fact which Hannity has never denied. As of this moment, there is no evidence of any kind that Cohen represented Hannity in any matter. Cohen never made such a statement, Hannity never made such a statement and there is no evidence that this is the case.

You and others like you on this site have been desperately trying to prove there is an inconsistency between what Cohen said and what Hannity said and therefore one of them must be lying. Some of you are saying that Cohen named Hannity as a client but Hannity claimed he was not. I'm here to inform you that Hannity never denied he was a client; in fact, he affirmed it! Hannity admitted that he sometimes received legal advice from Cohen and that makes him a client. Hannity also claimed attorney-client privilege and you should know that only clients can assert attorney-client privilege! The MSM was pushing this BS and many of you went along with it.

Some of you were confused by Hannity's statement that he was never represented by Cohen. You think this is the equivalent of him denying he was a not a client. Wrong!. Hannity had already admitted he was a client and one can be a client without being represented by an attorney. One becomes a client simply by communicating something of a private nature to, or by receiving free legal advice from, an attorney. (more on that later).

Hannity simply wanted to make it clear that Cohen never represented him in any matter. He probably made this statement fearing that after Cohen named him as a client there would be wild speculation in the MSM. He suspected that everyone would be talking about what kind of trouble was in and why he needed an attorney. Hannity was right. The media went on a feeding frenzy ignoring truth in favor of of pure sensationalism. Some of you on this forum did the same thing.

For those of you who think that being a client means one is being represented by an attorney, here is the legal definition of a client:

“A person who employs or retains an attorney to represent him or her in any legal business; to assist, to counsel, and to defend the individual in legal proceedings; and to appear on his or her behalf in court.

This term includes a person who divulges confidential matters to an attorney while pursuing professional assistance, regardless of subsequent employment of the attorney. This attorney-client relationship is quite complex and extensive in its scope. One of the key aspects of this relationship is confidentiality of communications. A client has the right to require that his or her attorney keep secret any discussion between them during the course of their relationship that pertains to the matters for which the attorney is hired. This protection extends to a person who might have disclosed any confidential matters while seeking aid from an attorney, whether the attorney was employed or not. If, for example, someone is "shopping" for an attorney to handle a Divorce, the person might reveal certain private information to several attorneys, all of whom are expected to keep such communications confidential” (highlights my own).

client

CONCLUSION: There is not the slightest discrepancy between what Cohen said and what Hannity said. Cohen said Hannity was a client and Hannity never denied it; in fact, he affirmed it two ways: (1) by admitting he received legal advice from Cohen and (2) by claiming attorney-client privilege. Hannity claimed he was never represented by Cohen and this has never been refuted by Cohen or anyone else. Hannity had a purpose in making it clear that Cohen never represented him in any capacity. Hannity wanted to dispel at the onset the notion that he hired an attorney because he did something wrong. Sadly, there are those on this forum who have stated that Hannity must have done something illegal because he hired an attorney to represent him. This is so far from the truth it is laughable.

Tucker Carlson defends Hannity: "Who he hires as a lawyer and why is nobody's business"
Sean was never a 'client' of Cohens.
Sean was an acquaintance who happened to ask Cohen about a couple of legal matters.
And out the window, goes attorney-client privilege.
. So you are saying that the corrupt FBI might go looking into things it has no business looking into ??? New precedents being set here ? Just remember that the sword cuts both ways in this stuff, and Pandora's box is slowly being opened.
No. I’m saying a person cannot cry their attorney-client privilege was violated when they weren’t the client of the attorney who was raided.

Well written and cogent.

I do think that Hannity should have revealed this relationship immediately...if he had, he might have escaped a lot of the kerfuffle --but I don't think he broke any laws...just an ethics issue that could be debated either way.

In any event, as it seems that Cohen has been under investigation for some time now...Hannity's involvement seems minimal--at worst.

I know for dam certain that Hannity never told you that Trump was planning on building a Trump Tower in downtown Moscow while he was running for POTUS.

While Donald Trump was running for president in late 2015 and early 2016, his company was pursuing a plan to develop a massive Trump Tower in Moscow, according to several people familiar with the proposal and new records reviewed by Trump Organization lawyers.

I would strongly suggest that you read this book. It will prepare you for the open-public hearings and testimony that will begin on January 20, 2019 when Democrats are sworn in as majority leaders in either one or both houses of congress. WOW! President Donald Trump met with the Russians.

I am SHOCKED, SHOCKED I SAY!
Donald%20Duck-S.gif

Why lie?

He didn’t just meet with them — he shared secret intelligence from Israel with them

Thank you for debunking the daily feelings frenzy with fact
Trump won, no amount of wailing, accusation and "investigation" will change that
Adults are in charges, children who put America last will have to go to their rooms.
The greatest absurdity of all is that the duly elected POTUS is going to be thrown out of office because Libbies knew the fix was in for them yet they still lost. Why? Could in have been Hillary? No, she's a dynasty who ain't no ways tired. So, it must have been something very touchy feely like-Russians or Porn stars or taxes or he's too friendly with his daughter.....or....or ...................

What Earthly purpose would revealing that have served?

From your link;

Who gives a fuck who they were appointed by dumbass. They're judges, and they're doing their jobs.

Scroll back to post # 355 on this thread and fhen come back on here and tell me that Sean Hannity has been acting truthfully & honorably in his reporting since Trump became POTUS.

Hell all of FOX NEWS as turned into a shithole of manufactured conspiracy theories, in a futile attempt to protect Donald Trump. Here is a good example of that.

Even FOX NEWS journalists have threatened to quit this network.

They have some good reporters on this network, but this network is completely inundated by primetime shows like Sean Hannity, the Five, FOX & FRIENDS and other programs that completely distort the news in an effort to protect Donald Trump.

A great book for you all to read right now. Top seller on Amazon. Very well written, easy to follow, informative & hard to put down. This book will prepare you for the open public hearings that will start on January 20, 2019 when Democrats are sworn in as majority leaders in one or both houses of congress. This book is verified by several trusted credible news sources and their reporting over the last year, that has not been reported on FOX NEWS or distorted to no end on FOX NEWS.

At that point FOX NEWS nor anyone else will be able to protect Donald Trump. (Hearings & Testimony will be on C-Span, National News 24/7).
Or choose to stay in the last row up in the nose bleed section of no information on FOX NEWS.

Doing a no knock raid on Michael Cohen is the equivalent of J. Edgar Hoover snatching Al Capone's accountant. That's how serious this is, and Sean Hannity is right in the middle of it.

Here is a REAL similarity. An age-old poster for Lenin and one or failed former President Barack Hussein Obama prior to his speech in Germany.

This is not about Obama or Hillary Clinton. All of the emails you could possibly dig up, don't hold a matchstick to TREASON, OBSTRUCTION & LIES.

And there's nothing like just giving the Russians classified information.

I doubt Sean Hannity reported on this one.

Trump met with the Russians in the Oval office, kicked out American media, let Russian media in. There were 3 other Americans in that room with him. They were H.R McMaster, National Security adviser, Dina Powell, Deputy National Security adviser, and Rex Tillerson, Secretary of State. So which one of these 3 leaked to the Washington Post that Trump had given the Russians classified information?
