All tucker Carlson did was show some selectively edited video of people walking through the Capitol after the Trumpers

Prosecutors say that Chansley disobeyed that request and walked to the Senate floor. Video from that day shows officers following Chansley around the building, and an officer walks into the chamber with Chansley and continues to ask rioters to leave.

Additionally, Capitol Police officers have testified at several January 6 trials that after the initial wave of rioters entered the building, they felt outnumbered and were afraid of escalating violence by engaging with the mob. Members of the crowd were therefore able to walk into the building without much, or any, physical resistance, according to the officers.

Chansley pleaded guilty to a felony charge of obstructing the Electoral College proceedings on January 6 and was sentenced to 41 months in prison.

I think most of the people entering the visitor entrance on the other side of the building from the riot that were staying within the ropes, and leaving when told ....were not part of the rioters and seditionists on the Capitol's West Side of the building where the scaffolding climbing, window and door and police BASHING, and Flag piercing, etc. took place.

We saw this fairly calm video in the public two years ago.... On this very site. It is not a new story, nor does it mean seditious conspiracy and a riot did not take place on the other side of the Capitol from the visitor center, where these people were.... Because we have hours and hours of live video taken by news sources and rioters themselves, and court case rulings that sealed the deal, on seditious conspiracy and malicious violence against the police, with their verdicts of conviction, which proves beyond a doubt, it did take place

It doesn't matter at this point. These people are now completely in their own reality.

For them, it was Antifa and the FBI and BLM. All the Trumpsters were innocent. Tucker -- the guy who they know has been lying to them all along -- has told them how to interpret the videos, and they're following orders. Period. End of story.

You can't change their minds, any more than you could change the mind of a wild-eyed jihadi on the streets of Damascus.

Thanks for the video clip. That clip clearly proves that the officer wasn’t escorting him, but following him in and asking them to leave.

He also notes that he was one officer with 5 protestors so there’s very little he can do physically to force them to leave.

Accompanying is escorting. The guys went into the chamber for a photo op, did no damage, threatened nobody, and then left. The cop was very obviously not afraid of these guys in any way.

Do I condone Chansley doing that? No. But was it evidence of a violent insurrection? Absolutely not.
