I'm wondering if a judge can take judicial notice of how much money Trump has raised for his legal bills. His Save America PAC has raised over $100 million, and spent over $40 million in legal bills.

And that doesn't even account for his personal fortune of billions of dollars.

Compared to Jack Smith, who has only spent about $8.5 million on lawyers, Trump can hire more lawyers to defend him, than Jack Smith has to prosecute him.
